For some of my groups, I have used different colored plastic cups and placed the artic card in the cup...each child has a certain color cup...they choose a cup, say the word or word in sentence and then they have earned the cup to build with. I have also played "hide the sticker" game by placing several cards down on the table and letting another child hide a sticker under a card. The child that is practicing his sound can ask " Is the sticker under the _______? The child that hid the sticker gets to answer them and when they find it they can ring a bell. Kids love this game.
