Depending on where the child is, I typically start with the turtle vowels from Apraxia for Kids. Then I move them to the Kaufman Praxis treatment program. I love the Kaufman because of the way the targets are arranged in sequence of development and the children love the pictures. Once you are ready for carryover, the Kaufman Workout book has great pictures for functional phrases and sequence stories.
