The DVD "Working with Preschoolers Who Stutter: Successful Intervention Strategies" by Kristin Chmela is fantastic! It's available from the Stuttering Foundation - pretty cheap if I remember correctly. Sorry I don't have the link, but I'm sure you'll be able to find their website and get it from there.
