Please pray for the Atlanta area. We have had lots of flooding, and even though the sun is out today there are still rescues and recoveries being made. I especially would like to ask for prayers for one family, the Slade family from Carrollton GA, whose 2 year old son Preston was ripped from his father's arms by flood waters and drowned while being rescued. Details on the floods can be seen here. Also, please pray for my wife Angela. She was laid off today from Emory University, where she has worked for 9 years. I had surgery last Friday to replace the defective spinal cord stimulator. Things have been good, however today there has been a lot of drainage and an increase in pain at the incision. I have my 1st post-op visit tomorrow. Thank you and God Bless! Ed
