I won't go over 650 no matter what. I may have a slightly torn rotator cuff so 650 is the limit I set. The only question is, what really is the best way to play the odds. Like I posted above, I did 600 for 2 sets of 3 reps which makes me believe I can do 650 for at least 2 reps. Should I start with 650 and see what happens, I can always go down or stay the same even. Any ideas??? The only thing is, I don't want to bomb and that is for sure and that is why I wanted to open with the 600.
