Here's a question..

What if someone decided to load greater than the current WR on the bar, but only performed 1 rep with it. Now I understand that it wouldnt count for this contest, but the question is would it count for a new WR? Just a question..not something I am planning on doing.

Wouldnt all the criteria be there? Sanctioned meet, 3 judges, ...etc?
