It's hard for anyone to wrap their mind around the fact a powerlifter at only 148 bodyweight can actually bench press 600 pounds. It seems the big guys get all the glory but Joe Ceklovsky will put on a show of supermaxes the audience will never forget.
We're hearing the same thing from some of the other pros that you've said here. This kind of training is adding to the one rep max strength too. As his coach can you describe what you're seeing from this?
