In doing the Smith Falls museum I have found out that there are a few young lads collecting lures.They brought in there prizes to show me.
A young lad from Brockville drove to the evaluation with his mother to show off this display he had.All the tackle in it belonged to his grandfather shown in the corner photo.
Story goes his grandfather lived in Timmins and every summer was sent to his aunts place near Brockville to work on the farm.In reward his aunt took him into Brockville to buy fishing tackle.Guess he liked Hex Baits.Maybe he bought it right from Hector.
Well the lad is quite proud of his display case and said he wants to add more in time and asked me my advice.Stick to Hex Baits if you live in Brockville I told his mother.
Nice story and worth doing the evalutaion couple months back.Another gent brought his son in.He will be a future CAFTA member.He likes collecting.Both boys were under 13.So looks good.
