Is this an Ellis & Son's Bait?

These 2 baits came in the same lot from upstate NY. The one(left) is marked/stamped Jet in a rocket, the other I didn't notice until tonight is marked Pat. Pend. It is thick aluminum and has beads on wire shaft that goes through the spinner/spoon. Jason Halliday posted a pic on Joe's and this bait looks similar, but different too. Any ideas?
