Can anybody ID these baits?

I think they may have a Canadian connection. They were found in upstate NY, they have oversized rear screw eyes, unmarked CCBCO style lips with heavy aluminum washer, and white bead eyes. With 6 examples here, I'm sure there's GOT to be more...
