Need pricing help on rare Wigarts Glirr-Skin Minnow. This lure seldom (if ever) comes to market. It was advertised in the April, 1924 issue of Forest & Stream magazine. Would like to sell it, but have no idea as per value. Would accept best offer. Email for picture.
