Wow, I have seen this in the tri-city and surrounding areas it is amazing they make it here. I think palms and I think hawaii, or the florida keys. However these really do make it here. it is amazing how interesting it is to see palm or bannana trees growing in a climate zone 6-7 and actully have a local nursery that specilizes in these exotic plants. I have future plans on landscaping my yard with some tropical plants, and desert scape vegitation. However Jim is quite a hero in my eyes, because it seems when I have talked to him, he knows his stuff, he is friendly, and he grows this stuff here locally, not imported or brought in, but feild grown in the tri-cities. it is astonishing how someone could come up with something so unique and diffrent.
