Oleander (enough with the Re: Re: already!)

I would have to say no. Even in Eugene the oleander takes a massive burn during the colder winters such as this one. There may be a few species/varieties that are hardy here, but probably none in The Dalles. Unless you have a giant warm-air vent right next to it that is blowing CONSTANTLY during cold spells.
