It's possible, if he's out from under Teresa's contract. Doug Richert is one of the best minds in Nascar, period. He'd be a great crew chief for any driver, and I imagine he will be heavily recruited by a lot of teams IF he's out from under Teresa's non-compete clause. I don't know if he is or not though.
