1. I've not had a raise in 3 years because I'm a senior rep.
2. I've seen friends favoured and given 'projects' which later turn into full time positions without those positions being posted on the job board.
3. I've seen some of my friends going to the comptetion and their staring salary is larger than mine.
4. I've seen managers intimidate/yell/discriminate/humiliate fellow peers and when it has been reported to H/R, nothing was done about it.
5. I've seen a wonderful company go from the best to the worst.
6. Bell emloyees have to get it together NOW!.
