I have been an employee with Mobility for 6 years and I only make $1 more then brand new employees. The starting rate for Tech support at bell is $17.50 I have been at mobility for 6 years, I have always met my targets and I only make $1 more then entry level. Telus pays over $23/hour for the same job to start, I have been trying to get in there for a long time but I guess their employees don't quit the company so fast because maybe they don't hate the company they work for.
Bell should do a survey of how many of their employees would recommend Bell to their friend's I'm sure the results would be very interesting
