Bell Mobility

I set up this board so that Bell mobility employees who are fed up with management can voice their concerns. I have seen to company go downhill over the last few years but recently I have seen good people lose their jobs over trivial matters. Bell Mobility pays its employees significantly less then its unionized competitors. For example TELUS and Rogers pay their customer service employees almost $18/hour compared to bell that just recently increased its employees pay from $13 to $14/hour. Bell has also decided to do away with seniority meaning that a new employee can get a shift over a senior employee. In the past Mobility treated its long time employee's with gratitude respect by offering them special shift preferences but those days have come to an end. I have heard many of my colleagues complain about many issues, however I will leave the floor open to anyone who wants to voice their concern. I believe it is in our best interest as employees of Bell Mobility to join together and fight for our rights. I'm tired of no one listening to my concerns, I'm tired of barely making ends meet, I've had enough of seeing my friends get fired without a valid reason. I know that many of you feel the same way. Tell your stories anonymously on this website, let out your frustrations and lets fix this company for the better!
