BILLY MARZELLI'S REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS FOR SALE
7/16/09 -- Billy Marzelli owns numerous rental units in several houses. He owns three on South Main Street (numbers 104, 108 and 112) and two on School Street (numbers 41 and 43), and at least one downtown building.
He had a dispute with the Health Department about running an illegal rooming house which was brought before the Board of Selectman last month. Now it appears that all of his houses, including his residence, are up for sale. I don't know if the building which includes the "rooming house" and a few businesses at 382 Center Street is also for sale.
