Since I know accuracy is important to you, I thought I would correct your story about Adam Bond. First, Adam Bond is not a mediator. Second, even if he was, he would be prohibited from serving as a mediator in any case that involved his brother. Third, based upon my review of the most current Childrens Orchard franchise agreement available on line, the mediation provision is NON-BINDING. This means no result of the mediation can be used by either party against the other. The purpose of mediation in this context is to help the parties resolve their issues quickly and inexpensively. Hope this clarifies the issue.
