Putting on the Style

When I bought my original 78 of Putting on the Style, it always puzzled me why it faded in at the beginning. Years later I discovered why. On the CD releases it comes in at the beginning and almost immediately Lonnie cocks up the banjo intro. As it was a live recording and there was only one shot at this all they could do when editing was fade it in after the mistake, given that there very basic recording techniques in the fifties the mistake may not have been discovered until later.
I seem to remember that there was a fade in on the original LP version of "Lazy John" but not the re-releases. "When the Sun Goes Down" also faded in. Apart from The Beatles "Eight Days A Week" I can't think of any other tracks that fade in, but I bet some of you can.
