That must have been their Brentford, Middlesex home. They were kind-of apartments, and Lonnie's place actually had a view of the Thames, I do believe. Augustus Close comes to mind, but it's been a long while since I was there.
I went to rehearse with him for a gig I did on steel-guitar on a Thames river boat (a kind of corporate function, and we played as the boat plied the River and the patrons got ever more drunk!)
The Red Lion pub is also in Brentford, and Lonnie came at least twice to see bands that I was playing in. One time he brought Chas McDevitt with him.
I still have the 'set list' that Lonnie wrote out for me, indicating where he wanted me on steel and where on electric guitar. I'd give almost anything to locate a photograph of that afternoon in the mid-1980s....
