Thank you for the email and thanks for taking on the task of running the forum.
The latest news from my end is not good news I'm afraid.
Firstly, my old friend and great Bass Player with the Donegan band Peter Huggett, died early this year at his home in Norfolk, with his wife Judy by his side. He was a lovely man. He was 83.
Then yesterday I heard that Peter Bocking has passed away. Peter was an excellent guitarist and took over from Les when Les decided to get married to a local girl in Vegas, in about 1971, and stayed there when we left! I haven't had it confirmed as yet and if anyone out there can confirm this info about Peter, I would appreciate it. I did recently see something on a Manchester Beat Scene website that Peter was celebrating 50 years of playing guitar.
Anyway, good to know the old gang back together on the Forum.
