I'm always puzzled by the commercial rationale behind these things- I mean, they are very expensive and so will only appeal to diehard fans- who will already have most of the material- so in effect buyers have to fork out a large sum to get the limited number of tracks that they don't already have. Yet Mr.and Mrs.Bear must know what they are doing, and the sets must sell in large enough numbers to make the project viable. If I sat on the Dragon's Den panel and this project was pitched as a project in advance I don't think I would be persuaded to invest.
