We know that, prior to moving into his newly-built house in Broadwalk, Woodford, he and Maureen lived in St Margaret's Road, Manor Park.
I'm afraid I don't know where he lived when he and his parents first came to London. I wonder if there's a clue anywhere in an early interview?
