Pick A Bail Of Cotton / Why Should I

Can anyone help. I've just won on ebay a test 7" record of Lonnie's. It has a white label and the titles are written in red ink. Pick A Bail Of Cotton (no I have not mispelled it, that's how it is in the label!) & Why Should I, then in brackets it has countryish. Can anyone shed a light on this disc, especially Why Should I, a song that I do not know.
