Les on guitar too, heard but not seen (there are some- though I'm not one- who would prefer it the other way around of course) The guitar-lobbing was something regularly done at one time- a heart-stopping bit of showmanship for Martin affecianados. As for the keys, LD obviously thought the two-song medley would flow better without a key change. G's about as far away as you can get from D of course but he sings it all effortlessly.
