I can't help you with Lonnie's dates at Cooks Ferry Inn but my band The Cortinas played there for the first time on Friday 16th February 1968.
Later that year we changed our name to Octopus and played there often. There is a photo of us on stage at Cooks Ferry Inn on the Octopus section of my web site www.paulgriggs.com
