Yes, I have had a copy of the promotion cassette, too, but "lost" it somewhere in my own place. I have loved these ballads you mentioned, Paul, but you´re right, there were not so "sensational" like other songs we know, but one touched me when I heard it the first time in 1998. It was about "autumn" and "winter" in life and it had a sadly played violin backing as long as I can remember now. Must see that I find it again here in my millions of tapes and cassettes. I hope I will find it again.
I will also take a look someday into Lonnie´s interview with German "Good Times" Music Magazine ( 2000 ) where he talked about the change of record company as the main reason of the delay. If there´s any interesting said I will try to translate it for you all( it´s written in German language there, of course ).
Before I go to your updated memorabilia, Paul, one question please: in Germany it was definetly released by BMG on January 4, 1999, so I wonder that you say it was released in UK in 2000 ?!? January 2000 was the release of the Skiffle Sessions Live In Belfast, wasn´t it?
