I can't believe it's five years since the memorial at Covent Garden, frightening.
The Les and Denny thing will probably carry on and I myself have been critical of Les elsewhere in the forum, at the end of the day you're right, it's only an opinion.
It's a real shame that there is so little of Denny in the early stuff but there are those two memorable solos in Daddyo and Cumberland gap and I'd love to know how much was spontaneous and how much was pre worked out in those two.
