I have noticed there were some changes since I last competed.
In the training division it says that baiting is allowed is there a point deduction if baiting is used?
Also in the training division it says handlers may request a sleeve. Is there a point deduction for use of a sleeve instead of a suit?
In both or either the Training and personal protection dog division is there a penalty for the out if the dog returns immediately to the handler instead of going into a guard upon given the command to out?
I couldn't find these things in the rules.
