I figured because so many of you here are in Texas that someone might have some extra supplies or anything that can help? We are picking up a lot of seniors and even a 3 legged GSD!
K-9 Northwest is the only Rescue in the NorthWest that is responding to the desperate cry for help that WolfGang Rescue put out. IN DESPERATE NEED OF:
Collars and leashes. We will have to potty 30 dogs the entire trip home and we must do it safely. If you have any old collars or leashes you can donate please contact us!
We also would love to show the dogs a little extra comfort. If you have any dog toys or beds you can donate to these dogs we would love to hear from you. These guys could really use some distractions in life right now!
We are in desperate need of cash donations to help cover the large amount of gas we will be using to make the trip to Texas and back with 30 dogs! We will be setting up a donation button for pay pal on the front page of K9 NorthWest ASAP but in the mean time you can donate through Club K9 NorthWest. Go to www.K9Northwest.com and click the "FREE Club K9 NW" button. At the bottom of that page is a donate button. Click that button and you can donate safely via pay pal. You DO NOT need a pay pal account to use the service.
Anyone donating any amount will have there name (or choice of listing) on the trip blog we are setting up listing you as a donor. Businesses interested in donating will have there company logo and or information listed on the blog! This will be some GREAT advertising for businesses interested in donating. We will be updating the blog the entire trip and we will be adding photos and possibly video as we go. Everyone will be watching this blog daily and you will get a lot of free advertisement this way! We need to raise an absolute minimum of $1,500 to cover the gas expenses!
If you donate via paypal please include your name or whatever you would like written in your space. Great way to honor your past dog with a donation "In Memory Of". Any business interested in donating please contact us at 253 267 6887 so that we can get your logo information.
Gas cards are also a GREAT donation! Also our volunteers are grateful for any supplies to help them on the trip down. They will be sleeping in the vehicles driving in shifts so food or other trip supplies are happily accepted.
