Beginning September 1, 2009, it will be against the law in Ft. Worth, Texas to own an intact dog or cat.
If you desire to have your dog not whacked, you must register that dog and obtain what is called "an Intact permit" That is the very short version.
Hope you are all taking video of your current dogs so you can one day show your grandchildren what a dog is like.
