"When the dog let the A/D get close enough -- the A/D slapped the snot out of the dog, and got back out of the dog's reach."
I got him with an open hand but he was now facing the opposite direction as I rolled away very fast. I get down on my belly and crawl, to see just how non threatening I can be, to get up to them. The Handler alerts the dog one time while I am a good ways back and then shuts up and never moves again. I can take as long as I want to get up to him. This also does wonders for your passive Decoy scenarios. The dog don't care any more, "Dad said to kill you".
He forgot to add that this only takes one good session per lifetime.
It ain't a good idea to baby talk Bruce.
This type of training is done towards the end. The dog must be hard enough to take it.
Folks ... still no bite! PISSEMOFFNAKED!
