l was a little confused by the "engage the A/D" as dogs will see that as a reward. l was still wondering that this was a separate issue from getting a dog to listen to family members, but l see that now once you say yes to family , this technique (which l utilize, by the way) reaffirms the say no to strangers. thinks Tony
