Last weekend I had a chance to decoy at Butch’s for some police dept’s and a few personal protection dogs. I wont show photos of the police dogs so as not to offend the dept’s but the highlight of my day was working this wolf/hybrid. Never worked one before. He was a huge, very defensive yet forward aggressive dog.
Here is my bandog Mammoth being worked by a green female decoy who did awesome for her first time out. Took instruction very well.
Mammoth on the suit been a long time since he did any suit work and even longer since he has been on a leg bite on the suit.
Ouch that counter looks painful
My favorite aspect of dog training is always doing civil work and here are a few shots of me working Butch’s personal dog Cochise in some civil work. They missed some really good shots as this was an awesome civil session with Cochise. A lot of what I remember is not in the photos.
And we ended with a nice sleeve bite to reward the dogs aggression.
