Last night I fooled around with the voice overs in the vids and thanks to the helpful advice from Amy and Anne... I think I can do it. I haven't tried it in a vid yet but I saved the instructions. 
I don't have a desk here so it's still fairly difficult to spread out and vid with two hard drives all the discs etc. At home I have everything on the desk so that makes it sooooo much easier. WAH!
