Okay, so I have Sony Movie Maker, and I've downloaded Virtual Dub (can we call it VD without prompting too many raunchy jokes? 
) And I know we need Mpg's in order to make clips. Does making Mpg's require a special software program? Is it something we can find for free on the web, like Virtual Dub? Or is it something we have to buy? My trial sub runs out in 30 days, so I have to figure this out quickly!
