This is perfect space saver for multiple saddles. (We even hung our horse blankets from the top hooks). It's heavy duty yet turns easily fully loaded with saddles. It's almost like a "tack center" .. LOL .. it holds a lot of equipment in a small space.. yet everything is easy to reach!
It *can* be bolted to the floor... but we've never had it try to tip even loaded down with saddles.
I paid $750 for it some years back .. but we'd like to, at least, get half of that ($350).
It's a lot more heavy duty and stable (doesn't tip) than the ones I see on the market. ...
