If you have already looked for every possible accessory, decor, flower etc. in the color jade that you can find and the majority of the wedding is still coming out black, might I suggest adding another color? Something neutral just as an accent color, maybe bronze, gold or a jewel-toned color. Just because you started your planning out with one color scheme in mind, doesn't mean you can't change your mind now or alter it just a little bit. Have fun!
