OMG - I think I've gone blind!!! All that pink just burned my retinas!!!
You have no doctype, 90 validation errors, there is no design to your site whatsovever, just way too much color.
If you're serious about a well-designed website, read some webdesign tutorials and get some help from folks who know about this kind of thing.
