Hi Debbie
I had a very vivid dream of my father who passed away. It was one where he told me that he was ok where he was and not to worry about him. I read up about these visits and come to the conclusion that if your loved ones would like to get in contact but feel that you may be frightened, they come to you in your dream state. I hope this was a comforting dream Debbie, not everyone is able to receive these.
