Mecklenburg County offers “9 Man Linemen Ineligible” Adult Flag Football for ages 18 and up. This is the closest style to REAL football you will find.
-Played on a 100 yard field with rulebook very similar to college & pro where you pull a flag instead of tackling, everything else is the same.
-Players can block throughout the field of play so it’s physical but not overly physical as we all have to work the next day.
-Successful teams must have good skill players and big linemen just like REAL Football, you will not be disappointed…
Mecklenburg County offers both spring and fall seasons and games are played on Wednesday Nights and Saturday Mornings. The cost per team is $525 for 8 games + playoffs, 23 player rosters, organized schedules, makes up games, certified referees, and trophies/t-shirts to the CHAMPS.
Get your friends, classmates, co-workers, softball buddies, happy hour crowd, and fellow gym goers out to field a team for the upcoming FALL Season. Registration deadline is September 7th, Coaches meeting September 9th, and season begins on the 12th.
