The deadline is fast approaching for the 2009 Humanitarian Assistance Award. The award is sponsored by the Georgia Jaycees Rebel Corps, and is presented at the state conference.

Deadline for the application is January 2 (postmarked). The application form, CPG, and a (nonrefundable) $25 application fee should be forwarded to: Ken Joyner, 200 Briarmoor Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31088.
