Below is the form for the State Year End board meeting Jan 29-31, 2010. Please pre register using the form and mail in. I will email you when I recieve your check so you know we have it. I MUST receive the check two weeks before the meeting or there will be a $25.00 late fee added. Also, you need to reserve your rooms two weeks before so you get the special Jaycee rate!!!

Directions: Take I-85 North to I-285 West to Peachtree Industrial Blvd (Exit 31B). Go North 3.7 miles. Bear left on Hwy 141 toward Cumming. Turn right at 3rd light. Hotel is on left.
Reservations can be made by calling the Marriott Central Reservations at 1-800-228-9290. When calling you should let them know they are with the Georgia Jaycees Annual Banquet in order to get the special room rate of $79.00 plus taxes a night, instead of the regular rate. This rate is good as long as you make your reservations before January 15, 2010
Full Jaycee registration is $50.00 to attend all Jaycee functions
if payment is received before January 15, 2010
Full registration is $75.00 if paid at the hotel
Year-End awards will be given out and the installation of the
New State Board for 2010!!

Some information that you may be wondering about:
1) On Marriott Awards points: Due to the fact that the Georgia Jaycees are getting a $16.00 per night discount rate under the regular rate there will be NO reward points given to you when you reserve the room or North Fulton for chairing the project. If you have to have the reward points then you have to pay regular room rate of $94.00 plus tax per night.
2) Smokers: The Marriotts all over the nation have gone to NO Smoking inside any rooms. So if you or someone in your room smokes make sure you reserve a room with a balcony. Since not all rooms have balconies I would encourage you to make reservations early to make sure there is one available. Due to many high price renevations that the hotel has gone through to get out any smoke smell, the staff has gone through intense training to be able the smell if anyone has smoked in the rooms. If you are caught by the hotel with the fact that someone has been smoking in your room then there WILL BE A FINE OF $300 TO $500. Please do not smoke inside the hotel. There are plenty of places to go outside to smoke. I know it will be cold so bring coats.
3) Pool: This hotel does have an indoor pool that will be open for us. The hotel said that as long as things don't get out of hand in the pool area that they have no problem with us being there.
4) Drinks: The hotel does know that we will be walking around with drinks. We do ask that EVERYONE uses cups to carry around your drinks and NOT bottles or cans out of respect.
