What if they determine the best location for a new stadium is exactly where Burbank Faith is!
You could negotiate several million dollars and build a new church on Glen Oaks and hire me as a church administrator! I would sell parking spots on game day and paste permanent tracts on each window during the game! Or in exchange for the church land you could arrange to preach a sermon during half-time of every game!
