I can see why you think we defend the run decently. But, for the most part, we only do it when we gear up for a Peterson/Taylor combo. Otherwise, when we are defending for a more balanced combination of pass/run, we have very often gotten gashed by decent RB's.
In the Vikings games, the goal was to slow down the run and Brett of course then went ahead and sliced and diced us with Zero pressure from the defensive line or LB's.
This DOMinating 3-4 sure looked alot better in preseason! Could it be that the offenses we faced in preseason were not gameplanning as much as they do in the regular season?
