I missed this when it was first posted.
In my experience most of the wash outs in any program are the fault of the helper or trainer.
Too many Decoy/Trainers have one style of work and can only "train" one type of dog. A real trainer/helper has enough tricks in his bag that he is able to tailor the training to fit the dog NOT
visa versa
