My sport - Baton Twirling

Wanted to share something with you guys for kicks. May explain how I became a Chiropractor! LOL Here's a clip of my last individual baton twirling routine we call "Freestyle". Perhaps equivalent to a "long program" in figure skating. This was taken at my Canadian Baton Twirling Championships in 2003, where I won the Senior title. I also placed 10th at the World Championships that year in France. I'm so happy to see this clip from my friend on You Tube. I continued to compete until 2006 in team events. AJ came with me to our 2006 World Championships in Amsterdam. We did dress him up as a Canadian for that! LOL. Enjoy, I know it's not racing but it's pretty cool. It's not the baton twirling you see on football fields....that stuff makes me want to puke!
