I have a theory on how this happened.

After last weekend's incident with Joey, I suspect Tom Logano of paying that police officer to follow them from the bar and find an excuse to pull AJ over.

In any case, I still think he was targeted. I hate when the cops here sit outside my bar and follow people when they leave. Not that I want drunk drivers on the road, but have a better excuse than possibly he crossed the center line. AJ didn't call BS on it, but I do. He was marked at the bar. Trust me.
