Ok I have read all your posts and first of Yolanda your post irritates me for a so called therapist. I do have OCD actually and you say it is nOT painful? Do you know just how PAINFUL it is to have to wash my hands a certain number of times every 1/2 hour? do you know how painful it is not to TOLERATE odd numbers? Do not ever say OCD is not painful. As for Monk-yeah I DO watch it and I DO laugh. I have to. Keeps me sane.

And just for YOUR benefit-my therpaist believes my OCD DID stem from being abused as a child. So please do NOT go around and state no one understands. Wrong!
